  • Coaching is a goal-driven process lead by you. We’ll work together from the present towards your future and focus.

    Counselling guides us to look into the past first to explore the root causes of problems and facilitating emotional healing.

    As a coach counsellor I integrate both of these approaches. We’ll explore goal-setting, skill development, and performance improvement, with counselling methodologies that address emotional well-being, personal growth, and overcoming psychological challenges.

    Our initial contact or introduction can be however you feel more comfortable: video or phone call. In this time we’ll discuss your goals and what you’d like to gain from the process.

    Intake Session (50 minutes)

    We'll dive into your coaching objectives, exploring your hopes for our partnership. We'll also deal with the practical details of our collaboration, such as how often we'll meet, whether it'll be virtual or in person, and identifying the best times for our sessions. This session lays the groundwork for our journey ahead.

    Coaching Sessions (50 minutes)

    The number of sessions required varies and will be determined together during our initial meeting. We tailor our approach according to what fosters the most progress for you.

    Regular assessments of your advancement and feedback sessions are integral to keeping us aligned with our objectives.
